Olympus

Olympus is the home of the thunder god Zeus and his pantheon, named the Olympian Pantheon after they’re home. Olympus was once ruled by the Titan Cronus, Zeus’s father and was a Chaotic Neutral (Evil) plane. But ages ago Zeus overthrew his father and took over Olympus, which eventually shifted to it’s current location. Olympus came to be used as the name of the Chaotic Neutral (Good) planes as a whole, like Asgard.

Olympus is dominated by Mount Olympus. By traveling up and down the mountain you can find portals to the domains of several Olympians that are not on Olympus it’s self, including Zeus’s brother Hades. By going down and away from the mountain you find a land like that which the worshipers of the Olympians inhabit. This land in fact contains connections to those lands and the monsters that inhabit the land often go from they’re lairs to these worlds and are in turn pursued by great heroes seeking to slay them. Many of the myths and legends of the Olympian Pantheon occurred partially on Olympus it’s self. Surrounding the land on three sides is a great ocean, the domain of Zeus’s brother Poseidon. Like the land this realm has connections to various worlds. Across this sea to the west is a connection to Elysium. To the north is a connection to the Outlands and in various places are portals to Limbo.
