Oinos

The planes of absolute evil, known by Sigilians as Oinos, and by some others as Hades or Hel, all three are layers of the greater whole. The deities Hades and Hel inhabit the layers named after them and some believe that Oinos once was ruled by a deity as well, a deity whose spine was used to construct the Yugoloth’s spire of Khin-Oin. Oinos is a gloomy plane of apathy and despair. Those who remain here tend to fall into despair and become lost, unwilling to leave the plane or do much of anything.

This plane, particularly the layers of Hades and Hel is often used as an “Underworld” for some pantheons, particularly the Olympians and Aesir. This means that all dead, except for a select few, come to this plane. It certainly doesn’t earn them any points with the Athar

One of the minor layers is the Warpath of the Goblins where the armies of Grummsh and Maglubiyet constantly battle for dominance. This conflict can be considered a offshoot of the great Blood War as each goblin deity is aligned with one of the factions of that war, and often are aided by their allies in an attempt to defeat their rivals. This would give the winning side a route into the enemies territory.
